Annual maintenance contract (AMC) is for one year. This is the contract between BWP and the client.
Scheduled Inspection of equipment in line with manufactures recommendation.
Carryout One - Two visit per month (as per client requirement)
Check system for correct operation.
Provide training to your staff during visits.
Checking the safety equipment including the cutout switches for any malfunctioning.
Checking the performance of the pumps.
Provide reports at the end of every six months.
Attending three additional emergency calls in the contract period free of charge.
Additional works or visits not specified in the contract will be quoted separately and charged accordingly after client approval. Any materials damaged will be replaced with same or equivalent in client's account.
Supply of required chemicals & consumables as per contract
